Snack Crate from Poland

I did my first ever youtube video!  It was an unboxing from snack crate for August the Poland edition.  I was pretty nervous and made so many mistakes but hey it was my first time talking in front of the camera.  But anyway the video is done and I just have to get over my nerves.  The video should already be uploaded.

We got a total of 20 items in the Premium crate box which was about $55 USD because we added the drink to the box.  The biggest section of any grocery store in Poland is the candy section, so I can see why most of the items in this box are sweets.
Info about the snacks in the box

Taste slightly like an onion ring. I liked it, it reminds me of
the asian onion ring chips

This is prune covered chocolate candy.  It wasn't bad but it's not one of my favorites

A ginger bread cookie that is soft and fluffy, but a little bit on the dry side.  I can definitely taste the cinnamon in it.

This was a surprise I was expecting something crunchy, but instead it just melted
in my mouth like cotton candy would but at the end felt like I just bit on packing
peanuts.  It has that styrofoam texture.  For me the yellow ones didn't have a taste
but the other colors were a little bit on the sour side.

Pretzels, that is all

I was expecting a hard texture cookie, but instead it was soft like marshmallow
the inside has a raspberry jelly filling which complimented the chocolate and cookie well.  It is one of my favorite things in this box.

My top favorite!  This one is a winner for me.  The crunchy texture of the rice crispy covering the caramel and cookie.  Great combo.

This was interesting.  The inside looks like a marshmallow but it is not!
It is light and fluffy with a little bit of sweetness.

Coconut wafers.  Not my favorite, if there were a little bit more coconut flavor I think I would like it more.

The Prince Polo, chocolatey wafers I prefer the Classic over the hazelnut, also one of my favorites

Princessa to me taste just like the Prince Polo classic, so I can't complain there.

AHA!  I like this one because it reminds me of my childhood eating the Chinese New Year treats. I prefer the AHA's over the Chinese New Year ones because it's thinner and easier to bite into.

Pretty much a biscuit to dip into your coffee or tea.

If you have ever bought chocolate bars from kids for their fundraiser,  this taste just like
the caramel chocolate filled one.

Not a fan of this, the chocolate was too rich and dark for my liking

Again dark chocolate took over the flavor and it was a little bit to sweet for me

At first I didn't like this but after trying it some more I have come to like the taste of the jelly inside.  It is strong and over powers the chocolate but I like it.

Favorite! After finishing the drink off camera,  I feel like it taste slightly like a red bull which I kind of like the flavor of.  It has a citrusy fruity taste that I love.

Well that is it for the Snack Crate box from Poland.  We had fun trying all the different sweet treats and snacks.  It was very interesting that some of the flavors are similar to what I have eaten in my childhood.  Can't wait to try more Snack boxes.

(I am not sponsored this is something my boyfriend and I thought we would try)

Cousins Wedding; Our Last Day Part 3

So it is the day after the wedding, everyone is exhausted.  Since my boyfriend and I didn’t get to go to San Francisco when we plan too we decided to go on our last day.  We didn’t get to stay as long as everyone else and they were planning to go to SF the next day.  So we took off! We saw so many things in a short amount of time.  We didn’t get into san francisco until about 1pm. I planned all the stops so that we could kind of go in a big circle.  There are plenty of things to see but time was limited so we had to narrow it down to just a few.

First we stopped by the Palace of Fine Arts.  I’ve always wanted to visit this place it looks beautiful!

Our second stop was to drive down Lombard Street it was awesome!  Although my cousins live close to San Francisco we never really got to do any of these touristy stuff.  It was always mainly drive through the golden gate bridge and then to chinatown.  But since it was just my boyfriend and I, I really wanted to make the effort to see all the things I never got to see whenever I came up north.
On the way to Lombard Street

After Lombard Street, we went to see the “Painted Ladies.” Growing up watching full house and always seeing this park, I just had too.  Parking can be a little hard but we got really lucky and got parking on the side of the Painted Ladies!

Third stop was going into downtown, we stopped by Ghirardelli Square to get some ice cream and it was so good! Then we went to Minamoto Kitchoan to pick up some Japanese desserts which is also very good, but very expensive.  After that we walked for a little bit and then drove by Japan town.

Fourth stop was to see the Dutch Windmill at Golden Gate Park.  There is a lot to do and see at this park I wish we had more time, but at least we got to see the windmills.

The last stop to our trip was at Sutro Baths to watch the sunset.  There are some trails to walk on leading you to other parts of the cliffs, but we just stuck to one side.  It was amazing to see how what was once a building is now in ruins. At the top of the hill you can see a heart shape in the middle of a rock in the ocean.

Heart in the rock

Part of the Golden Gate Bridge in the back.

That is the end of our 4 day weekend trip to my cousins wedding.  I can’t believe we did so much in so little time! I got to see and experience so many things I never thought I would actually get to do. Definitely another check off the bucket list!  I can’t wait to take another road trip up north, but next time it will be longer so that we can enjoy more of the things we want to see and do.
Crossing the bridge to go home.

World Market!

I love this place! Yes it is a little expensive to pretty much kind of expensive for some things but I still love it!  I love looking in the snack areas to see what new things they have and possibly find old childhood candies those are the best!  But today I bought Chocorooms which is a cracker dipped in chocolate. It is one of my favorite chocolate cracker snacks it has a layer of milk chocolate on the bottom and a small layer of dark chocolate on top.  I also got Kit Kats in mint flavor it tasted like a crunchy andes mint.  I thought it was ok, I'm sure my boyfriend would love it!  Next item from my random shopping is Sparkling Pink Citrus Lemonade from France and it is so good! Pretty scary opening the bottle it was a loud pop like opening a champagne bottle but good thing it’s hooked onto the metal.  I think I might want to get some more I love how the cap is attached to the metal I can definitely use the bottle for other things.
